At Mirasol Accessories, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a six-month warranty on purse hardware and zippers, ensuring that your item remains functional and beautiful, just as you bought it.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim:

  • Step 1: Email us at hola@mirasolaccessories.com with a detailed description of the issue and include a picture that clearly shows the problem.

  • Step 2: After reviewing your claim, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with sending your item back for repair.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items for repair. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable service, such as USPS Priority Mail or FedEx, to ensure the safe return of your item.

  • Repair Time: Please be aware that repairs may take an extended period of time. We collaborate closely with our artisan partners in Mexico to ensure each repair meets our high standards, which can extend the repair process.

Limitations:

  • This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not apply to damage caused by accidents, improper care, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.
