Return Policy

At Mirasol Accessories, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, please note that as a small business, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we are pleased to accommodate item exchanges to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Exchange Policy:

  • Eligibility for Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the original item must be returned within 10 days of receipt. All items must be in unused condition and good condition, with original tags still attached.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs for returning the item to us.

  • What mailing service should I use to return an item for exchange? We strongly recommend using an insured, trackable mailing service for peace of mind. Mirasol Accessories is not liable for any packages that are lost in transit during the exchange process. Please send the exchange tracking number to hola@mirasolaccessories.com. 

  • Final Sale Items: Items purchased at a sale price are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Quality Guarantee: If there is an issue with your product, we encourage you to contact our customer service at hola@mirasolaccessories.com. We are here to help resolve any problems you may encounter.

Conditions for Exchange Denial:

Mirasol Accessories reserves the right to deny an exchange if the returned item is found to be used or received in damaged condition. We strive to provide accurate assessments to ensure fairness to all our customers.
